Foesum’s masterpiece second album, “The Foefathers,” in 2002, six years after their acclaimed debut album “Perfection” (1996). This album is being released on vinyl for the first time as a 2-disc set with an obi strip, in a strictly limited pressing!
Widely recognized by West Coast hip-hop fans as a work that rivals or even surpasses the masterpiece “Perfection,” this album was primarily produced by member DJ Glaze. It includes plenty of classic West Coast tunes, such as the funky “Ain’t A Damn Thing Changed” featuring Bo Roc (Dove Shack), who also collaborated on the hit song “In The Wind,” and the mellow “Hello” featuring fellow Long Beach rapper E-White. In addition to fellow countrymen such as Twinz (Tripp Loc & Wayniac) and KAM, Kayzabro of DS455 from Japan is also featured.
